Swara Bhaskar: Fashion success and Faux pax
Not only is Swara Bhaskar a livewire of talent, but she also boasts of an impressive fashion sense. One look at her Instagram account and you can see the actor nailing various outfits with utmost grace. May it be Raw Mango’s (@raw_mango) designer ‘Mint Green lehenga’, giving a perfect impression for a ‘Sangeet’ ritual or the kink she did to her digitally printed Sari, by pairing it with a cropped blazer- fashioned shirt of Label De Belle (@labeldebelle). The actor knows how to make heads turn, at most times. Nevertheless, fashion has its own ups and downs, and Swara Bhaskar isn’t out of it either.

Already a promising actor on the silver screen, Swara Bhaskar has carved out a niche for herself in fashion as well with her recent promotional appearances for the film Veere Di Wedding. Not just that, going by her chic and risqué avatars in the movie, Bhaskar made it clear that she can channel smoldering looks as well. Recently, the 30-year-old stepped out in a classy black pantsuit with a turtle neck. Stylist Chandini Whabi added oomph to the all-black look with a gold choker from Misho Design (@misho_designs) and Bhaskar complemented it with black colored Louboutin pumps.
The soft smokey-eyed look is liked by all, while she flaunted with her chic number. Nude make-up was done by Swara and middle-parted her sleek hair. And yes, she did look stunning!

Swara looked stunning in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla’s Black Lehenga. It featured a black and silver embellished long skirt and a blouse that has a plunging neckline. But the same makes it look more breathable and looks just perfect on her. She was styled by Divya Saini. She added bling to her outfit with Mahesh Notandass’ (@mahesh_notandass) earrings. Hair tied in a neat bun and Smokey eyes rounded her look.

Swara Bhaskar kept it quirky in a deep pink wrap-around dress, thus complimenting her skin tone truly during the trailer launch of Veere di Wedding. Her outfit was accessorized with chunky gold earrings and complemented with nude pumps. Thickly-lined eyes with nude pink lips and a neat ponytail gave finishing touches to her hair. This beautiful dress suits her body type perfectly.

Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (@abujanisandeepkhosla) Blue lehenga and the jewelry from Mahesh Notandass (@mahesh_notandass) was donned by Swara, and she looked, totally like a ‘messy one’ in the attire. It would have been better if she went for a different hairdo and jewelry. She opted this for her BFF’s wedding but was thoroughly a bad choice. So much of drama with her choice and her fashion sense as the Blue lehenga did not, fit into the block and the whole package looked totally disoriented from the point of view of the right fashion statement. Swara was compared and trolled over the well-known ‘Nirma’ girl from the detergent advertisement when she made an appearance in the similar dazzling white attire. She having a pear-shaped body, the white attire made her look more on the heavier side! So, the moment after Swara’s appearance in a similar looking dress surfaced online, a hilarious meme flooded the social media. The styling went wrong and so was Swara’s fashion sense, yet again! For the Lux Golden Globe Award, Swara picked an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (@abujanisandeepkhosla) gown to wear. Orange-tones lip color and jewelry from Gehna (@gehnaindia) rounded the actor’s look, in the Golden-Black ensemble. The gown isn’t our cup of tea. Sure, the look might have been vintage-inspired, but it came off as dated to the others. It seriously is nothing but a huge fashion blunder!
